Bright Futures Initiative
In support of the Bright Futures project, Dominion Electric selected a Fairfax County home for an "extreme energy" makeover, switching their entire single family home from incandescent bulbs to CFL's. In a one month period, this family saved an estimated $12 in energy costs; or about 10% of their bill.
